I made the decision to become a certified wedding planner through the CWPS because I believe in the value and benefits that certification brings to both myself as a professional and to the couples I work with. While it is not currently required to have a certification to be a wedding planner, I chose this pathway to ensure that I am providing the best possible service to my couples, being as educated as possible, and giving them peace of mind in knowing that I am highly trained in wedding planning.

Obtaining a certification in wedding planning demonstrates a commitment to excellence and professionalism. It shows that I have undergone rigorous training and have met the standards set by an industry-leading certification program. This not only gives my couples confidence in my abilities, but it also sets me apart from other wedding planners who may not have pursued certification.
